Project period: 01.08.2023 – 31.10.2025
Project No: CB0100003
PROJEKTI CONSIDERS
The Tour4 Youth project aims to improve job opportunities for young people living in rural areas of the Midwest to encourage them to connect with these areas and establish their lives in their communities. The project will create a bridge for this generation to enter the labour market and earn a decent living. The project will focus on the labour-intensive tourism, hotel and restaurant sectors, which are among the largest young employers and a lifeline for their employment as a result of structural changes in the employment landscape in rural areas.
PROJEKTI EXCLUSIVE AND QUESTIONS
The Tour4 Youth project will increase the competitiveness of young people in the labour market by providing them with a range of targeted labour market services. Adjusted training programme is a tailored training programme with an online training course and a short-term work scheme on site or across borders. As the project is carried out in cooperation with vocational training institutions, national employment agencies and employers, it will improve their access to a high-quality job and will give them competences to create sustainable, targeted careers.
